The battery fuse is typically off the positive terminal. I think your battery fuse should be 30 amps, too. -

That is an SAE connector. As Tagurit suggests - make sure to trace the wiring back to the battery to determine polarity. Is it labeled Zamp? -

You may like to consider a Brahma wheel lock. You can easily steal a teardrop without using the hitch. Throw some chains through the frame and gone.
