Via my auto policy, I pay less than $106 per year. That is for comp and collision. $200 comp deductible and $300 collision deductible. The $106 includes the $9 extra I pay for vehicle manufacturer parts. Don't ask me why I do that.
I pay no extra on my homeowners policy for personal item coverage. That is included on all/most policies.
The peace of mind is well worth the cost.

I have USAA, & they referred me to Progressive for camper insurance; I pay $281per year for a 2019 SylvanSport GO & a 2021 Boondock Edge XL...think I'm gonna check around, seemed high to me w/ a thousand $$ deductible...

We pay only $44/year for full coverage on our 2016 T@G with a $1,000 deductible as part of our auto insurance policy.

LuckyJ I think you are right. Insurance paper work is intentionally confusing some times I believe.

Update from May 2021. My 2022 California Insurance costs remain at $106 per year. Via my auto policy, (Wawanesa). That is for comp and collision. (Dedectible= $200 comp/$300 collision) The $106 includes the $9 extra I pay for vehicle manufacturer parts.
Via AAA I added RV/MC Service for an annual cost of $41.00 which includes 4 calls per year for towing, winching and extrication ($500 per service/max $1,000 annual).
I pay no extra on my homeowners insurance policy for personal item coverage. That is included on all/most policies.
