Attached you will find the Technical Service Bulletin for all T@Gs with C-Channel frames from NORCO.

It provides accurate models affected as well as the steps necessary to get things rolling and repaired.

The Bulletin does not have the Warranty Dept’s extension or email address. As such, wherever it is distributed, the message must lead with their contact information.
