Just to inform since I live next door, YNP is closed due to flooding.

    Hello all,

    We are at Teddy Roosevelt National Park and have been here for a week now. After the flooding at Yellowstone, this campground filled up immediately. Lots of folks looking for alternatives. We went up to TRNP north unit yesterday and the campground seemed to have plenty of spots. (Primitive camping)

    There are also a handful of campgrounds between the north and south units (national grasslands) but I don't know what their occupancy is. That said, I suspect if one wanted to beat the brush a bit you'd be able to find something around here.

    IMHO..... The north unit is spectacular. More than worth the trip....
