Hello from a former T@B owner (now have an airstream) looking to get a T@G XL Boondock

Hello,
Our first trailer was a 2018 T@B 320s which we sold for an Airstream Bambi 20FB, but we are considering adding a T@G for more spontaneous, rustic getaways after doing some tent camping last weekend. Our airstream tow vehicle is out of commission (due to a driver running a stop sign) so this has inspired us to get something lighter to tow as our truck due to a parts shortage won't be available for several months.
I was just curious what kind of out-the-door prices people have negotiated for those who have purchased a 2022 T@G XL Boondock.

I just bought a used T@G Boondock XL with lots of expensive upgrades for $20k. Considering the upgrades, I think I got a fantastic deal.

What year? What kind of upgrades?
It was a 2022 model that he used for 4 months, almost never staying at a campground. He removed the original battery and added two Li-ion batteries and also added another propane tank. The camper also came with a 230 watt portable solar panel kit with charge controller in addition to the roof solar panel that came with the T@G. He removed the cooler and added a refrigerator, and finally he added a Yakima awning.

so far the numbers I have seen are around $22.5k new
I just bought a 2021 Boondock XL with less than 7500 miles on it. Extras they included were, Lock & Roll articulating hitch, galley wind wings, Jack it 2 bike rack, T@G trailer cover. I paid $19,000. And, it was 25 miles from my house!
Due to family health issues I am selling my 2022 Boondock XL for $20,500. Used once and in pristine condition.
I have a 2018 Boondock XL in excellent condition listed for sale for $17,000. It’s in the ‘for sale’ category here on the forums if you want to see some pictures. Has several extras as well.
