Recently I noted some sidewall cracking on my 2018 5-wide standard with original tires.
While the cracking was not outrageous, it was a small concern.
The original tires ( Castle Rock ST175/80R13 C91L ) with a date stamp hat read 4416 (44th week of 2016).
This indicates the tires were 8 years old.
The spare tire had never been used and did not show sidewall cracking.
I debate replacing the spare, but in the end replaced all three tires.
My choice was Carlisle Radial Trail HD ST175/80 R 13 91M C1 (Rebranded as "Carlstar")
Got the Carlisle tires for $80 each from Discount Tire.
I could have got a better deal at Walmart for nearly the identical tires, but I did not want to bother.
With new tires, I should have better peace of mind on my next camping adventure.

My guess would be between, 12,000 - 14,000
It was the tire age that made me make the changeout.
I off road on level 3 areas on a semi regular basis for short distances (<60).
A lot of my camping is desert type and my T@G storage, is also very desert like.
I think I will put some sort of tire cover on when in storage.
