Issues with Water Damage

Our 2023 T@G XL has bad window moulding on the stargazer window. We have some pretty bad "wrinkles" in the wall covering that goes all the way down past the headboard. Dealer is taking a look at it and contacting nuCamp. Has anyone out there experienced this as well?
This apparently started last fall (it was in rain, windows closed) and was in garage for the winter (no snow sat on it). If anyone else has seen this, what were your results for getting it fixed etc (understanding that individual results will vary).
