Heater issue in 2022 t@G boondock xl

Hello! I have a recently bought 2022 T@G, finally got a 2000 watt generator to power it. When I have the heat going, it runs for a few then gives a 99 error and stops running. I can't find any info online about this error, has anyone else run into this?
