New T@g Owner, Power System Questions

Greetings. We purchased a 2023 Boondock XL last week. We are the second owners. Pulled it home 170 miles without problems and now trying to figure out how to operate the systems.

The rooftop vent fan runs perfectly when plugged into shore power. However, it will not operate when on 12v battery. Am I correct in thinking the fan should run on battery and, if so, any suggestions as to what may be wrong?

Second, I have the impression that the solar charging and battery condition can be monitored from a cell phone app, but I can't find any clear instructions on how to do this. (One of the manuals, I think for the solar charging manager, has such tiny type that I can't read it even with my glasses on.) Is there in fact an app and, if so, what is it?

Thanks!

The fan operates on 12-volt, so yes it should work with battery assuming battery is charged and battery shut off is on (green).
I would check your 12-volt fuses located in the T@G converter.
As for monitoring solar, you will need to downlad the app (Victron) an then link the app (phone) to the solar controller.
Since your T@G unit is used, you may need to do something to unlink from old owner. Look online to Victron manual for better directions to re link the controller.

The  default bluetooth password for Victron charge controllers, when connecting via Bluetooth, is 000000.
If you've forgotten your password, reset it using the PUK code found on the Victron device.

Fair warning: You may need to take a screwdriver and unmount the Victron controller from it's mounting location in your cabinet to read the PUK number - it's on the back, for some dumb reason. When I went through this, I wrote that pesky number down on the Victron owner's manual, 'cuz I knew I'd forget it and need it again, sometime in the distant future.
