fridge space.

Hello. My wife and I just purchased a 2020 tag xl. while we found minor glitches with a used camper bought online I have a question. It originally had the yeti which someone apparently kept. we are wanting a 12v fridge but nothing seems to fit the dimensions of our slide out drawer. What is everyone using? are they fitting down in the drawer or on top. I have searched the threads to no avail. Not wanting anything super expensive as this is our short trip camper versus our 28 ft long stay camper.

Your drawer must be a different size than my fridge cabinet; I didn't have a drawer, just an empty space for the ice chest to ride. I put a 32qt. Iceco JP30 on an Iceco slide in my '21 XL and it fits fine, although I see they've redesigned that fridge. It's possible that the new version is slightly larger than my '23 model.

    I have a 2018 standard 5-wide T@G with a Norcold NRF-30 powered with a 100Ah lithium battery. My Norcold still works great.
I purchased in March 2025 a BougeRV portable refrigerator (30 Quart [28L] - CR28). Purchased direct from BougRV for $202.50.
I purchased with the assumptions that it could be a drop in fit in my T@G when the need arises.
    Size is 22 3/8 Wide x 12.5 Deep x 15 3/8 High.
I believe I would need to make a 1/2-inch modification for the new unit to fit properly.
I would recommend the BourgeRV CR28 as an option to replace a Norcold NRF-30 or new refrigerator.
