Devices powered by Inverter

My 2025 T@G XL was upgraded 2nd BattleBorn Lithium battery and 2K inverter by the dealer.  The issue I have is none of my appliances work when shore power is disconnected and the inverter is powered on.  It would be nice to be able to run the microwave for a minute or two or in some cases perhaps even the Air Conditioner.  The only thing that seems to work when the inverter is enabled are the AC power outlet inside of the trailer and the AC power outlet at the back kitchen galley area.
Is this normal?

It does seem somewhat strange as to how the dealer setup the power system. I would contact them and find out why they wired it in such a fashion.
Do all of the 12-volt items work when the inverter is on?
Have you heard or checked to see if the WFCO power converter is powered on when the inverter is on?
They may have wired in such a manner as to bypass the WFCO converter to save on power consumption.

    Hi James,

The dealer installed a 2000 Watt Victron inverter with a built in transfer switch.  If I disconnect shore power, all of my 12 V circuits work as expected.  However, I have no AC power at any AC circuit as I would expect when the inverter is off.

If I turn the inverter on (with shore power disconnected,). the inverter comes on and supplies AC power only to the 3 conenience AC circuits i.e. the one AC circuit at the head of the bed, the AC circuit in the kitchen galley above the 12 V cooler and the  AC circuit to the right of the WFCO converter. I do not have AC power at the air conditioner, heater, or microwave.  I should but do not.

If I leave the inverter on and plug in shore power, the 20 amp circuit breaker in my garage that is providing the shore power trips and obviously I will not have power for the 1 AC circuit that feeds the air conditioner and heater and the 1 AC circuit for the microwave.

I expect the inverters built in transfer switch to detect the incoming shore power and stop generating its AC power from the battery while also allowing the shore power to pass through the inverter and on to the WCFO, but that is not what is happening. Instead, I just get a shore power circuit breaker trip.

It looks like I'm going to have to work through the issue with the dealer that installed the inverter.  Its my opinion that it is not installed correctly.
