Exterior scratch

I recently purchased a 2021 tag boondocks xl and proceeded to scratch the exterior. It was pristine & now it’s not.  Does anyone know how I might repair it?

@Boondockjoy when you get a chance, please include some photos of the scratch to help figure out what options you might have. Also, you'll need to determine how much of a repair you want to make (return to original level of pristine-ness vs duct tape/equivalent, or something in between...).

Yes, I’d like it to look like it never happened! 

Here’s a picture.  It’s about 3-4” long.

I would try cleaning the area, buffing lightly with rubbing  or polishing compound in circular motion, follow with waxing to protect the area. 
Lots of folks put nice graphics on their rear hatches.
