Why is the solar panel not charging the battery?

Hi--We have a 2021 Tag Boondock and the solar panel does not seem to be charging the battery at all, even in direct sunlight. Insights? Thanks.

    Did it work before?
    How are you measuring the state of charge?

    Knowing exactly what you have and why you think the battery is not charging would be a help. Is your battery original (wet lead acid 5 years old) If original, I would have it checked. It may be in need of replacement.
    You should be able to see or test the output of the solar panels. If you have a SAE connector, it should be a direct connection to the battery.

    What is your Victron app telling you?? If you do not have it??? Download it now, as it will tell you what’s up. It could be as simple as a bad fuse in your controller??
