dim left turn / brake lights

Hello, I have an electrical question for you. I noticed the left brake / turn signal on our 2018 T@G are dim, while the running lights burn bright as they should. Some intial internet searches told me to check the ground, but it seems that both the running lights and the brake/tiurn lights are served by the same ground so that's not it. Thanks to another thread on this forum I learned the red wire feeds the power for the left brake/turn light. Do you agree the problem must be somewhere in this red wire?
I also need to mention I recently swapped out my lead acid battery with a new LiPo. Because I did not want the car alternator charging the LiPo is disconnected the black wire at the junction box.

Thanks all, I have learned a lot from your posts over the years.

The purpose of the switch inside your battery and propane storage area is to connect and disconnect your T@G from your tow vehicle.  Most of us disconnect when parked and physically connected so the T@G can't pull down the battery in the tow vehicle.  Apparently you want it off all the time.  Can't imagine that reconnecting the black wire will solve your problem though.  Have you thought about upgrading your T@Gs inverter to support Lithium batteries?

Hi ras, thanks for your response. With the lead acid battery i would always turn that main switch off. I got tired of resetting the time on the entertainment system though. I considered replacing the inverter, but decided against it for three reasons:
-I always felt my car alernator was not doing much to charge the trailer battery while driving, so why not disconnect the black wire?
-we only use our trailer for off-grid boondock camping so have no need for 120v power.
-i have a 300ah battery and could not find an invertor panel that would fit in the same physical space.

So instead i flipped the inverter breaker in the panel and i am using a 120 v smartcharger if i want to use shorepower to top off the battery. With a roof mounted 100w panel and a 200w suitcase panel we hope this is not needed very often.

I am new to all this so please tell me if something does not make sense.

By the way, i solved my orriginal problem. I found some white corrosion on the red wire terminator in the main junction box. Cleaned it and added some dielectric grease.
