Need to have T@G electric brakes repaired....dealer or just any RV repair place?
I just did my first bearing replacement on our 2017 T@G Outback. We are the third owners so didn't know when it was last done. While doing the right side I discovered two other problems, one of which is that the electric brake has a loose wire. It explains why the Curt bt controller stopped working. While I imagine it may be possible for a diy fix, I haven't ever done any brake repairs so figured I'd take it to a dealer. Does it matter if it's a Nucamp dealer or not? Seems like something anyone could do. The other issue is the wire from the running light on the same side fender has been worn through at some point in the past. Our tires look great but it looks like a tire was rubbing on the inside of the fender at some point in the past, and I assume that's when the wire got cut. I figured I'd have them fix this at the same time. I have no experience with RV repair places so figured I'd ask.
