Hi all. I am a new Tag owner as of last fall. I had to replace my battery because I let the original drain (didn't really know what I was doing and figured it out too late). Anyway, the new battery is fully charged, all the electrical works when I have the trailer plugged in to shore power, and the battery disconnect switch is on. Yet when I unplug from shore power, I get nothing. Anyone have any ideas?

Check the fuses on the converter.

You can drive along 10,000 miles, and still stay where you are.
There should also be a fuse coming from the positive (+) side of the battery. Check that fuse, also.
As Verna noted its most likely the fuse at the battery. I would also check the battery wiring and make sure all wires are connected properly (positive wires on the positive terminal, negative wires on the negative terminal). Stranger things have happened. Let us know what you find out.

Thanks for your help everyone. I checked the fuses in both the converter and the battery (didn't seem blown, but put in new ones anyway) and still no lock. Battery is confirmed fully charged. Guess I will have to take it in...
Have you double checked this from the manual?

Hi all. I took the trailer in for servicing today and they told me it was an electrical grounding problem. They said the grounding had not been properly done (whether that is NuCamp or the retailer, I don't know). Anyway, it's working just fine now! Thanks for your advice.
