My wife and I just bought our first camping trailer ever. Went with the T@G Boondock edition. Cant wait to take it out. Anyone thinking about buying on i would highly recommend renting one first to make sure it is for you. We rented one for a week and traveled up the Pacific Coast Highway in California (drove with no plan). Loved it and was hooked. Well just wanted to say hi to all the other teardropers here.

You can drive along 10,000 miles, and still stay where you are.
Welcome to the forum.
And of course, nice T@G!
Welcome! I’m floored that you traveled up the California Pacific Coast without reservations and an iron clad itinerary. Parks are so impacted here (State&National) that landing a site as a drop-in has become a true rarity. Hope you enjoyed the Coast.

Yeah TomD. There are plenty of places to just park near the beach. Free camping app is a awesome place to find places you can just take a teardrop

Sweet!! Congratulations! I'm picking mine up on Monday and can't wait. (Sadly it was on a delivery trailer truck with others from the factory yesterday and a crash cancelled the expected delivery.) Fingers crossed a replacement will arrive at the dealer's next week and I'll be camping in no time. Also towing with a Subaru Outback... hope she performs strong!
That sucks man. Sorry to hear that. My wife and I used our outback to pull the T@G we rented and was perfectly fine. And ours is the 4 cylinder engine
