Height of hitch

I just had a hitch installed in my Ford edge. The height at the top of the hitch is 14 inches. I read that the ideal towing height is 16 inches.

I’ve been looking around to see if I could find a ball with another 2 inches of height but can’t seem to find one.

Does anyone have any suggestions.

What is the receiver height of the 2018 Tag Max 5 from the ground to the bottom of the receiver on the camper.
