Until this weekend, I'd never really needed anything from nuCamp - did email Elsie once to get the nuCamp sticker to replace the Little Guy one on my 2017T@G XL, but so far, I've been lucky and not needed parts/repairs. Until Friday, when I was struck stupid - forgot to latch the big window on the front of the T@G before taking off on the weekend camping trip. As soon as we got to highway speed, the window sheared right off! Needless to say, it ruined our camping trip! Forecast was calling for showers (which we did get) and I did not want to risk water damage to the interior. As soon as I got home, I called my dealer, Holiday on Wheels in Columbia to see what I needed to do to get my baby fixed. John was honest enough to tell me that I could get my StellaM@ris back on the road quicker - and cheaper- if I called Elsie and had her send me the window. He said it was an easy install, and if I had any trouble, I could call him and he would walk me through it. Since I'm an hour and a half away from Columbia, this was a no-brainer. I thank John for his honesty - he saved me some money and time!

I called nuCamp, and although I did not get to talk to Elsie, I did get Whitney, and she was WONDERFUL! Told her what happened, got the window ordered within minutes, and she assured me it will be delivered Wednesday or Thursday! She was also very kind and sympathetic - I was still kicking myself for my stupidity - and she also offered to help if I have any trouble with the install.
Although I was upset that my weekend trip was blown, it's nice to know that I didn't just buy a camper - I became part of a family that looks out for each other! Thanks to John at HoW and Whitney at nuCamp, I might just have to go on an impromptu camping trip this weekend! Thank you!!!!
