While camping this past week, we got stuck in a heavy rain one night. During the night, I thought I felt a water drip on my neck and face, but I guess I was so out of it I didn't pay no mind to it. When I woke, I noticed that water was dripping (rather moderately) from the plastic seam that surrounds the stargazer window. The area depicted in the photos is the top driver's side corner of the trim. It ended up stopping of course when the rain let up. It seems to drip only when there is a heavy rain, and not when there is a light rain. I made sure the window is completely latched, which it is. Not sure if this is a common issue that Nucamp is aware of. I plan on dropping the camper off for some warranty work, and I am guessing this would be included.

Assuming the window is completely closed and not with the latch in the mode to allow venting there should be no leaking. Sometimes it’s difficult to tell the difference for new owners. This picture shows the venting setting.
The top seal is an annual maintenance check item:

Yes, it's in the sealed position and not in the vented position.
