Password Works only ONCE

Every time I try to sign in, I have to create a new password. Then I log out, and try to sign in again...password no longer works. Create another password, rinse, repeat...

What am I doing wrong? I tried searching "sign in"...no luck.

@HellFish I was dealing with that back in February...it finally fixed itself..I kept alternately between a couple...luckily I ended up with my original again...very frustrating...I also could log in with my tablet but not my laptop...of course the pics are on the laptop...

I would suggest powering down and then reboot and see if it will accept your current password.

I fought with that for 3 months. Couldn't get on at all with Big Mac. I wasn't going to try and do posts from my phone. I don't remember how it got solved....

A virus???? Just sayin'.....

@Sharon_is_SAM it was about a month for me that it happened..on both forums..

I addressed this with Vanilla. One of the things they noted was that members tend to have multiple new password requests that cross in the mail, so to speak. If they don’t get an email right away with the link to reset the password, then they make another request and it falls apart somehow. Not sure this explains everyone’s issue, but that was the case for someone that I recently helped.
