These are even cooler if you like hot pizza! I’ve got one out in the garage and they are pretty nice units. I just sold one like the one you posted.

I use one of these as well. They are great for baking flatbread pizzas. They are also good for cinnamon rolls for a treat on the trail. I have also cooked meatloaf in it. I would recommend using a fire rated heavy cloth to cover it . It helps keep the heat in.

This is what we carry around. From pizza to steak and veggie, could even be used for bread and other stuff.
I do not make my owne pizza bread, but purxhase a frozzen ball and every tging esle is fresh. 😎
The biolite base camp with pizza oven.
Yes, not the most compact, but the smoke flavor that goes in is just incredible.

I really like BioLite's products. And I like their philosophy.
I'm really interested in this guy:

Naice, it is probably even better at making pizza tgen tge biolite, but wow, at tgat price I woukd have to start making and selling them when outback to pay for it! 😁

They are not cheap for sure. But I could use it at home on the patio too. As you can see, Im trying hard to justify the expense.

Absolutely! 😉
Also use ours anywhere, including home, cabin or just a pic nic. 😁 -
When did this happen, needing an oven to make breads or cinnamon rolls?

I thought using a pie iron or frying pan with or without a lid, or even aluminum foil was the way to go?
-
@JohnnyLoco I do not carry a cast iron pan. But yep, your experience here is surly based on past succes! 😉
-
Doesn’t have to be cast iron ? I use heavy aluminum non-stick or carbon steel. Most of my life is success from trial and error and keeping it simple.
Those stoves work good, I keep one at the house for natural disasters
-
I absolutely thrust your experience. I have just never tried it.
But as of now, the pans we carry are small in diameter, only cooking for 2 and wanted to fit tge small T@G stove with up to 2 pans and pots at a time.
And the teast of the smoke in that pizza make such a difference.
What I am a shame of, I that I have actually never tried to make bread my self. I will have to take care of that someday. 😊

Its about having fun, it all works.
Our stuff has kinda devolved since we ain’t cooking for a family on the teardrop trips. Usually I fill the bottom of the pie iron with biscuit or cornbread mix and cook it up one serving at a time. We have even made little pizzas.
