VictronConnect Password

I just recently tried to check my solar charging status on my 2020 Tag Boondock. The VictronConnect app is asking me for the code displayed on my VictronConnect unit. The problem is mine is a BlueSea unit located behind the TV and does not have a display to show a code.

I tried the 000000 the app says is the default but no luck. I checked some forums that said 123456 would work but not for me. I went to VictronConnect web site and they don’t make it easy to get customer support. Any advice on getting the code for the app? It’s picking my VictronConnect unit up but won’t let me connect.

    Well I spoke with Jordan at Nucamp and was told the box behind the tv is a fuse box only. On a 2020 Tag BoondockThe VictronConnect box is supposed to be behind the air conditioner.

    I pulled the panel off below the ac and it’s only the vent for the air conditioning. Do I really have to yank the AC out to find the puc number.

    I finally figured it out. The VictronConnect controller was behind the false back in the cubby behind the tv. I got the puk number and re set my pin on the App. All good now.

    I'm in the same boat, I think.  How difficult was it to take out that panel?
