Keep in mind this is a crackdown on safety rules and not the units themselves.
Unlike AB 1346 in California which will require emmissions for small off road engines to zero by 2024 as determined feasible. This legislation was aimed at equipment such as leaf blowers, lawn mowers, and other equipment.
