Norcold NRF-30 Replacement cord (12V/Cig Lighter) - need replacement

I tried ordering a Norcold 634648 DC Power Cord from Amazon, TWICE, and the one they sent me did not have an L-shaped connection as pictured and it didn't connect properly when I tried to use the straight connection they sent. Has anyone replaced theirs and been able to get the right plug? Where did you get it? Trying to get customer service from Norcold has been frustrating. The only way I've been able to get any kind of response has been through their FB page, which first autoreplies, then tells me to call 800-543-1219, which then plays an automated message that hangs up on me.
