Maxx Fan Deluxe Green Light

Hello everyone recently I went camping and didn’t have much sunlight for my camper to recharge battery. I had about 40-50% I decided to run my Maxx air fan at 50% air in and when I woke up my battery was completely dead but the fan was still moving. I hooked up the generator later that day to recharge the battery and when I went to go to bed the next night the fan did the automatically closing and beeping with the green light. I have turned the battery power switch on and off multiple times and it still does the closing and dying. Any ideas or help on what I should do ? Because I want to use my fan without have my condensation get in my trailer.

What type and how old is your battery?

If you have a lead acid battery, I am thinking by discharging your battery, it may have caused it to fail.

I’m so sorry, I did not check my battery haha. I have read that forum though and gave Maxx air company a call. They sent me a new circuit board for the fan we will see if that does the trick or not.

Update we just installed the new circuitboard and it’s still doing the green light shut off and here’s a picture of my battery that I have. I went to batteries plus and decided to get it checked it was still good but I got a new battery. It’s a Duracell deep cycle 100ah battery. Hopefully it was promising idea. @JamesDow

I would document and recontact MAXXAIR. You should have a 2-year or 6-year warranty. Do your problems exist using both shore and battery power?

@JamesDow i just put the camper on shore power and turned the speed of the fan and it did the same thing it beeped and green light flashed but I can run it at 20% speed. Which I’m not understanding why it’s still doing that

I assume you have done research online. Double checked fully opening when turning on. Maybe try mannually assisting it.
