What is the exterior width of the 5 wide Tag from side panel to side panel excluding the wheel bumpers?

  60 1/2" to 60 5/8" OD (side to side).

  The rails are included in OD measurement.

  They are about 1 1/8" each.

  Measurement does not include the side windows or cow bell shaped vents.
