Window issue

One of my metal brackets has fallen off the glass to raise the window. I can still raise it by hand by grabbing it on both sides of the door. I was thinking of using 3m tape (that I used to mount my Renogy 100 Watt flexible solar panel). Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated. The blinds were definitely a fun project.
