reverse T@G screen and shade

Has anyone reversed the screen (which pulls down ) and the shade (which pulls up) so that the shade pulls down from top and leaves the screen on the bottom?

  Yes, this is on the T@B forum, but we have many of the same pieces as the T@G’s. Be sure to follow what “dalehelman” did to flip his blinds, but many of the other comments on this link are important, too.
