USB Connection on Charging Center not working - T@G 2017

Anybody had problems with the two USB connectors in the charging Center outlet below the Converter?
The Cigarette lighter connection seems to work fine but the two USBs connections are not working. They used to work but not anymore

I opened the Charging Center plate but there is not much to see (just a round plastic plug) and all fuses are fine … I'm sure the cigarette lighter outlet and the two USB outputs are likely on the same circuit but I do not have any electrical diagrams to confirm that.

    The USB ports seem to have a short life, even the replacement ones that I have purchased to replace mine. Call Elsie in Parts (phone number is on the left) and she has replacements, although I do not know what the price is.

    Ok thanks I'll check directly or through my vendor since I took an extended warranty.

    Not sure if you could make it work with the existing cutout but several other options for 12VDC supplied panels with usb outlets. Or go with what I’ve been considering and have seen others do, install that in the ceiling cubby by the speaker using the power for the reading lamp. More logical place to keep a phone and tablet for charging anyway.
