Just installed the gear rack, very easy install minus fighting the yellow jackets. The basket appears to be very good quality, similar to Yakima stuff.

    How did you decide where to drill/screw into the top of the T@G? Bolts penetrate into the sleeping compartment or maybe into the metal roof cross members?

    The Yakima roof rack is installed at the factory, so I can't provide any info.

    From what I understand you can contact nuCamp on the information how to install the roof rack. If you aren't feeling comfortable I'd say have a dealer do it.

    That model is a Boondock Edge which has the roof rack and the awning installed at the factory.

    I like that skinny rack. I would probably need to add a couple of extentions to it cause I think it would be great for longer stuff that need to be tied-up up there.

    They do offer an extension as an option. I paid $271.00 from Rack Attack.

    What is the total height of the rack when on your Boondock Edge? Trying to determine if I will be able to get mine (when I get it) into my garage.
