My side window shade has lost tension and it appears the control strings inside the frame are loose. Any info. on fixing the shade?

Someone just posted a link to that website a couple weeks ago. I watched their video and it seems pretty straightforward. It's on here somewhere..

Thanks William! The videos gave me a pretty good understanding of how everything goes.

LuckyJ my Tag is a 2019 Edge, I'm pretty sure it's just one of the anchor strings came off. I will attempt to fix it when we get another warm up .

Ok. But in my case, at the price we pay for those, I decided to use the warranty. Will be plenty of opportunity to fix by my self when warranty is over.
