Fuse blows with 7 way and shore power
has anyone experienced a blown 20 amp fuse on the inverter panel while connected to shore power and 7 way at the same time?

Good to know your fuse worked. Sounds like you should at least turn your battery switch off before hooking up to shore power and better yet, completely disconnect from your tow vehicle before plugging in.

Nope, never, but do not remember if I ever connected it that way before.
But technically, I do not think it should be a problem. Have you tried every thing you have mentionned here but w/o the 7 pin connected? Trying to figure out if the TV connection is not the problem.

@Gizzisteve, make sure your appliances/lights/fan etc are turned off before disconnecting from the pedestal as it will protect from a surge the next time you plug in to the pedestal. Some folks turn off their main trailer circuit breaker before plugging in, but if there is no draw from appliances, that should not be necessary. Also, turn off the pedestal circuit before plugging in to the pedestal outlet.
