Charging battery

Please excuse my ignorance, but when your teardrop is sitting in your garage, if you go to the wall outlet 110 using an attachment to your 30amp cable - does that charge your battery? If it does (or doesn’t) is there a better way? Trickle charger? Special type? Thank you for your help, Butch

I connect my battery to a desulfator for a few weeks every winter. I have a 12 by 24 very rural cabin that is full solar. By using it on deep cell batteries for a few weeks every year, I have used wet cell batteries for as much as ten years https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00Q3CM2QY/?tag=td-battery-desulfator-pcr-20
