Charging Station
The USB ports in the charging station are not working, but the 12V plug is fine. Is this a common issue to have? Where is a good place to start to try and fix it? How would I take it apart to check the wires? If it can't be fixed how can it be replaced? Thank you!

The USB ports are short lived. Look for something similar on Amazon. Easy fix.

The plugs that I used have not had any issues and when switched off do not draw any power.
Good luck.

I was able to replace the unit without any issues! Thanks for the assistance and the directions were great! I got the dual usb ports w/ a voltmeter and was able to pick one up with an on/off switch. Thanks for the tip!
