I am the proud owner of a new T@G Boondock Lite. I was curious about the electricity demand, so I grabbed a tester and here are my results.
A/C on high and rear vent fan running - 600 watts steady with no compressor startup spike
Microwave - 1200 watts on automatic cook
So if you are like me and bought a 1600 watt generator, you will have to turn off the A/C while you microwave. Other than that, unless you microwave, then a 1600 is more than enough for this little unit.

What AC unit is included with your Boondock? (Make / Model)
What is shown as the amp rating on the label?
Mine is a Haier QHV05LX which is 5050BTU.
The tested 600 watts sounds high.
The AC unit lists 460 watts an the AC fan should be 12-14 watts.
My converter pulls around 15 watts.
Did you measure your converter?
My Danby (DAC050BAUWDB) shows as 4.0 amps on label. (5,000 btu)
My measurements with the AC fan on, less the converter measures around 440 watts.
I just went out and checked and it is running steady at 515 watts with the vent fan off and 530 watts with the vent fan on. Battery switched off. So you were right. The watts are a bit lower than the 600 I listed before. When I tested it earlier, I did get just under 600 watts with the AC and vent fan, so the demand has gone down.
Here is a copy of my electrical use findings, if you have not seen it.
Measured with a Poniie PN2000 Plug-in Kilowatt Electricity Usage Monitor Electrical Power Consumption Watt Meter. Accuracy seems to be reasonable.
I just went to turn off the A/C and it was reading 455 watts steady.
