Tires, tires, tires...
I was just browsing the T@B site. There's a running thread about tires. As my Westlake ST 235/75/15 tires are sneaking up on 4 years old with 50,000 plus miles on them, I think I'll probably swap them out in the fall. I have very high standards and expectations for my tires as in:
1. They MUST be round.
2. I much prefer black tires.
3. They absolutely must be the pneumatic type. No exceptions.
I will most likely get 2 more of the same tires I have now. They've been bulletproof, trouble free and still have a ton of tread left. I've never rotated them on purpose, but that doesn't mean they always got back on the same side of the trailer post-maintenance. I don't really pay any attention to that.
That said, I'll look around to see what else is available. I personally don't have any qualms about running a P, ST or LT rated tire.
What is everyone running?
