The battery cutoff switch on my 2019 Boondock Tag Lite does not seem to be working. Even when turned off the lights still on and system still seems to be energized. Thoughts?
You still would have 12 volt power if plugged into 120 volt (shore power), even if battery is switched off. Are you plugged in?
nope
Sounds like the knob is just rotating. Can you remove the knob to see if something broke?
Maybe time to upgrade? https://www.thedrive.com/reviews/30622/best-battery-disconnect-switches

AustinHealey; Did you ever resolve your cutoff switch problem? .

Do you notice your battery being drained?
Were you still plug to the TV? Battery cut off is just for this, battery cut off switch.
If you are unlplug from shore power, unplug from TV, switch is off, then, yep, battery cutoff switch would be tge next possibility.
