All new to our new Tag. Our Yeti tray slides halfway out and then stops. What’s the trick? It won’t slide out far enough to open the Yeti.
By the way, there’s doesn’t seem to be a proper category to post questions like these.
If it is like our now old trailer compare to yours, 2017, even if it is mechanical, it is almost like it needs to be reset. With all the bouncing of the travel, you might have to get it in and out multiple time while playing with the locking levers.
Some newere trailers owners might be able to give newer info
I have new T@G, too, and found the YETI hard to pull out and in, even when empty. Some folks on this list have built platforms with slides for the YETI. I just bought an AlpiCool C30 12 volt cooler which fits the same space and slides in and out easily. There is room to build a sliding platform under it, but I haven't yet.

Strange how anything got out of adjustment as it hasn't really seen any rough road other than in transport on flatbed and enclosed trailers.
Well, beleive it or not, a truck trailer bounce a lot when it is empty. And for a trailer, the weight per volume of your trailer is a light load.
A while back when I was working in the fiberglass bath and shower manufacturing, we would fill up a 52 ' trailer with about 40 shower, that would weight about 1600 lbs total. For that trailer and tractor, that was a full load of nothing, when it was built for more than 50 000lbs
When our tray was new it was difficult to fully open. I applied some jig-a-loo (silicone lubricant) and worked it loose. I re-lube a few times a season. The slides were quite tight, but now it works fine.
I have a 2019. It was hard to open. I realized there was a catch at half way (I guess its a safety thing). I had to press the latch switches to get it to fully open.

We have to push down the latches to release the tray but when it partially extends, pushing down the latches again don't work.
The only other thing I could imagine is something that happens to my large kitchen drawers which have the same slides as the T@G. I occasionally remove them to clean. If I am not careful I don't get them back in correctly, they will only open half way.

We went out to the galley this afternoon and, after giving a good tug, the tray came all the way out as it should. Might need to spray some kind of lubricant in the slides.

Once our snow stops, I'll have to get out in the galley and check out our tray. This might be of help. https://teardrop-trailers.vanillacommunity.com/discussion/1041/cooler-tray-stuck
Nobody else having any issues with their sliding tray?
