Has anyone added an external power plug to their trailer?
Yes, I realize that I can probably run a second power cord to the power box to work from shore power. But I have this trailer and it is already plugged in. Why not have a plug for external lights on my awning or other external power uses. Then I can just plug something in without having to run another super long cord.

I do not use the 30 Amp cord which comes with the T@G. Instead I use an extension cord and adapter. For external power, I have an Extension Adapter. Simple, cheap, weatherproof.
Thanks, James. That is another option. It just seemed strange that this trailer does not have a plug on the outside.
It was done done in the past, almost sure it is here on the forum, but coukd also be on the previous forum iteration.
I did some searching and haven't found anything yet. Still searching...
Have you look on the now T@B forum, we use to be (us T@G owners) part of that forum, and also tge little guy forum, since tge two co pany where once partners in crime, tge little guy trailer bei g built by pleasant valley teardrop, now nucamp. (Yes, I know, it is not easy to follow 🤔)
🤣
Here are some links from the TaB forum. Not very helpful. The TaBs have had exterior 110 outlets since 2016. Tapping into an interior GFCI seems to be the easiest thing to do. Some suggested sourcing a marine grade outlet box.
