First time using water tank/Not working 2020 T@G

Hey guys I have had my T@G for a year and never used the water tank until my last camp. I have always used city water hookups. When I flip the water pump switch I can hear it running but no air or water comes out of the faucet. Is there some type of valve or something I need to do to get it working the first time? Any help is much appreciated.

Sounds like it needs to be primed. Search this site for how tos. Mine was like that the first time I used mine.
