Due to a slight incident, the lift arm for my Fantastic Vent on my 2017 T@G is either jammed or bent. I have a new one on order, along with a new lift knob if needed. I have no idea how to do this and I'm terrified I will mess it up. I believe my Fantastic vent is a 1250 model (now replaced by a newer model). It has 4 screws holding the outside flange (not sure that is the correct term) and then 5 screws on the square piece that the knobs and switch stick out of. Do all of the screws need to be removed to get to the lift arm to remove and replace it? The vent cover has already been removed (as a result of the "incident"). I should have taken it to a dealer to get it fixed but heard it is "an easy fix". I can't find any videosonline how to fix this particular model. Any help is appreciated. !!!
