2022 T@G XL Boondock - Bedding Question

I just bought this a few days ago and it had a previous owner.

There are two layers of this wire pad type thing under the bed.

I bought it from a dealer that took it as a trade and didn't know much about it, so I didn't even ask them.

1. Are these pad things stock and come with the camper new?
2. What purpose do they serve? *nevermind... i should have googled first. they are anti-mold/mildew air flow pads.

Ours did not come with those, only the top mattress. We actually had custom mattresses made to replace the factory ones.

I think you got it right. Increased airflow under the mattress.
