Interior LED Troubles?

Sigh... Just when I thought I was done futzing around with trailer electrics for the winter...

Has anyone else here had the LEDs that wrap around the ceiling "cloud" panel in their newer T@G go on the fritz? I seem to be missing about a third of one side of my ceiling lights; they will usually be off, but occasionally flicker on & off, like there's an intermittent break in a power or data line in the LED string.

Looks like there's only like four woodscrews holding that large panel up to the ceiling... True?

(and yes; i have written to nüCamp about these lights, who promptly blew me off to a local dealer...)
