I just paired my iPhone with a Victron controller. Use the 3 vertical dots, “Reset Pin Code”; then enter the PUK code found on the back of the controller. Once it accepts the PUK, I think it resets the pin code to 000000, but you will be given an option to change your pin. Hope this helps.
Thanks the controller is screwed to side wall so-was looking for pin #, but default is six zeros, so , taking a break, it showed up once on my btooth list, so something is trying 🤪
Anyone get a message on your phone saying something to the effect of "unable to connect to Low energy device"?? I looked at my charge controller, but did not look at the back since I'd have to unscrew it from the panel. I'll give that a try. I DID see that it was emitting a blue light, so I feel like it IS working. Am I correct in that assumption, at least??
SUCCESS!! I was surprised to see a reply from VICTRON in my email a few minutes ago. They were able to supply me with my PUK #, and now my Android phone is paired with the control charger and I am reading all the performance data. Everything appears to be in good working order. I changed my PIN to 123456, and documented the PUK and new PIN for my records. What a relief!

Controller or battery monitor?

Took off controller, puk # was on back, entered, presto, all good, battery shows. Good 12.9 charge, turned battery disconnect off, ready to play😀
