Water Pump Issue

I can’t get our water pump to work. I cleaned the filter, primed the pump by putting water in the intake hose and submerging in water, and even replaced the pump with one my dad had that he knows works. It won’t pump water. I can hear it run so the fuse isn’t blown. I don’t know what else could be the issue. Any ideas?
It’s a 2022 Tag we bought used just a month ago. It was fully winterized with antifreeze in all the lines.

You might try disconnecting the inlet and outlet hoses and blowing air through them to check for blockages.

Make sure the filter housing is not cracked which will allow an air leak and prevent pressurization.

The valve in the lower center of your picture is closed.......are you trying to run the pump with it in that position?

Yes, that’s the valve for the shower. When it’s closed it should run through to the faucet. At least that’s my understanding of how it works. I tired it with it open, just to make sure, and it didn’t work that way either.zgfiredude said:The valve in the lower center of your picture is closed.......are you trying to run the pump with it in that position? -
A couple of thoughts.
What happens if you loosen the connector on the discharge side of the pump and run it? Does any water at all escape?
Is it possible that the polarity of the 12 VDC wiring to the pump is reversed? -
Here is a video about adjusting the pump: https://youtu.be/DdH2Pf-UllA?si=JhaKCkXguEALVgQS

If the pump you put in is good, remove it from the trailer connect a hose to the suction side and put that in a bucket of water if, when powered it pumps water you have a good pump. That would mean you must a have valve that has failed closed, a blockage, or a big air leak. As mentioned earlier you could just undue the hoe clamp on the discharge side and see what happens. Then check all the other hoses, take pictures so you know how it all goes back together.

Thank you for all the help. The dealership didn't put a rubber gasket on the end of the hose so it was sucking in air. I popped a gasket in and it works great!
