Hi folks - Looking for advice from anyone who has converted the headboard 110v outlet to 12v. Thanks in advance!

I assume you have 12V on the drivers side headboard. It seem it would be simple to run a 6' wire from one side to the other, if needed. Then swap the 120V for 12V Outlet. (See Amazon example below.

[Magnadyne WCP-12V-B Black Wall Mount 2 USB Charging Ports and 12V Power Outlet with Wall Plate Included]

My suggestion would be leave the 120V as is and either just use longer USB or 12V cable to reach where it is needed. Other option, not replace 120V but instead just add another 12V receptical on the passenger side.
Remember, the stock 12V cable run may not be robust for multiple large 12V loads. Keep the fuse rating as originally sold.
Best of luck with whatever option you make.

Thanks, Jim - I like the idea of just leaving the 120v in place and adding a 12v with USBs next to it. Appreciate your time :-)
