How do most of you feel about using the fresh water tank for every day drinking water vs. carrying bottled water? I work for an airline and it's common knowledge you don't drink the potable water on aircraft so I'm a bit skirmish. Am I justified?
Thanks!

As long as you keep your tank clean, disinfected, and use fresh water you should be ok.

Ya, unlike the airline, you have control of how clean the tank is. So drink on !

I agree with drinking from the tank. Like every thing else, you have to maintain it. But you also have to know what water source you use to fill it.
Perso, I hate using water bottle. To much is paid for shipping and bottles. And in camping and at home, I try to reduce part of my foot print. That is an easy way to do it.
Some people are just afraid of any tap water, and some of the wtaer bottle company use tap water.
So, like others have said, drink on.
I do use one of these when at all possable as well.

I used bleach originally and now flush the tank and refill before each trip. We have great water in our area so prefer it to campground hookup. Would not want to haul bottled water around.
