Hot Water Tank shower

Someone locally is selling a new Gasland Gas Hot Water Tankless Shower unit (B158b) for $100 and I'm wondering how many nuCamp Taggers have used this unit for showering. Do you hook it up to your water tank somehow? Have any of you installed some sort of pump where you can pull up water from a bucket?
