Battery Voltage - Victron

I recently bought a 2021 T@G Boondock in December 2024.  It came with a Diehard Gold RV battery (24DC-2).  Over the winter (Dec 2024 - Mar 2025) I removed the battery and kept it on a trickle charger in my garage.  The reading when I put the battery back in the T@G from a voltmeter was 13.5V.

We went camping a few weeks back and have the trailer stored uncovered at a storage facility.  The Victron shows that the battery voltage is 13.8v however my voltmeter shows 10.0v.  The battery settings in the Victron are set to default.  Due to the discrepancy, it doesn't seem like the solar panels will ever charge the battery as it thinks the battery is charged.   Is there anything I can try?

Solved.  The issue wound up being a blown 20A fuse on the Victron MPPT.

    Good find.
How old is your Diehard Gold RV battery (24DC-2)?

I may be having a similar issue.

I spoke too soon. Just checked my fuses and they’re all good.

Our 2024 T@G 5-wide also had some electrical issues (blew the 20A charge controller fuse) while boondocking recently.
    Symptoms included:
-Camco cooler showing an error code and not running.
-The following Victron App displaying the following info

It seemed strange to me that the charge state would be 61% but I couldn't run anything off the battery.

I was able to plug into shore power and all systems were go with 110v coming in. This worked for my final day where we were staying. However, when disconnected from shore power (while packing up) even though I had over 12v (because it had been charging with the shore power, presumably) in the battery, I had no water or lights. A replacement 20A fuse seemed to fix everything...

Looking forward to heading cross country soon and bought a 20 pack of replacement fuses, just in case...
